Eric gutted the room, except for the center section below, in case it is load bearing. This area will become the master bath and closet.

And this could be a small portion of the problem with the home's foundation... it's tree trunks are falling over and support beam is just laying in the dirt!

We took up the porch boards... I say "we," but I really mean Eric and Eric- the Dynamic Duo.

Dumpster is ready, and a second load will be ready by Tuesday.

A Day of Work

Yeah, Eric's not thinking so about now.

What I like to see- A dumpster FULL of stuff.
Carpet is all out- It already smells a little better.
Window units and floor heaters are all out.
Bathroom junk is all out.
